INSURANCE
While I do not accept insurance, I am happy to provide a superbill which can be submitted for out-of-network benefit reimbursement with your insurance provider. Many plans have an out-of-network benefit option and you can contact your insurance provider to learn more about your specific plan's options. Most insurance providers cover 50-80% of the cost for an out-of-network provider. If you plan to use this option, please let your provider know before scheduling an intake in order to ensure a more efficient process.

If your plan includes an HSA or FSA account, you are able to use those funds to pay for services, using the superbill as a receipt.

I am unable to provide services to individuals who have Medicaid due to contractual requirements between patients and Medicaid. If you have Medicaid, you must seek services from a paneled provider.
